Judges are looking for evidence of training provided by the Retailer and prior to entering Retailing. Visual merchandising includes in-store VM or Window merchandising.

The Skillsmart Retail Apprentice of the Year - sponsored by Skillsmart retail
Skillsmart retail This category is open to individuals who are participating in or who have completed a Retail Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales in 2007/2008. The award will recognise those whose contribution to the workplace has exceeded their employer's expectations by producing exceptional and measurable benefits. The entry should highlight their role, the contribution they have made and how they have benefited from their apprenticeship.
